I know that most people believe that WordPress is the CMS with most available themes, but you are definitely wrong. Blogger has also lots of themes available and actually there might be a lot more themes available for Blogger than WordPress.

Why am I that sure? Well first of all, Blogger is very old, more then 10 years since it was launched and that’s one reason that allowed web designers to create tons of Blogger templates.
