BOTW isn’t free. Unless they have a fine-print hidden link to a free version of their listing somewhere, cost of entry is $150 and up.
Hey Greg! Well… if you want to submit your site in the ROOT of main categories you have to pay, but they also include sites for free in deeper categories.
I could be fairly off target here but from what I can tell Ezilon and Elib.org both require you to pay for a submission. Might I recommend adding directions to the article on how we may go about submitting a free listing.

Try globeindex.net – it’s a bit slow sometimes, but 100% free and if your site isn’t doggy and placed into correct category, it will be listed within several hours.

Good resources , but all are not the Free Directory , such as abilogic.com is the paid Directory.
